This website is a private, family-run memorial for the works of the artist Margalit Shelly (1951–2026). It is operated by her family on a voluntary, non-commercial basis.

Bids are pledges, not payments. Placing a bid on this site expresses a good-faith commitment to purchase the painting at the pledged amount. No payment is collected online. If your bid wins, the family will contact you personally to arrange payment and hand over the painting. The family reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel any bid, auction, or sale at its sole discretion, including after an auction has closed.

No guarantees. The site, the works, and all related information (including titles, dates, dimensions, and provenance records) are provided in good faith and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Paintings are sold as seen; condition, framing, and appearance may differ from photographs. Nothing on this site constitutes a professional appraisal or an assurance of value.

Ownership registry. The provenance and ownership records kept on this site are maintained by the family as a courtesy and historical record. They are not a legal title registry. Amounts recorded in ownership transfers are kept private and used only for the family's records.

Accounts and conduct. Accounts are personal. The family may remove accounts, void bids, or refuse participation — for example after a winning bidder fails to complete a purchase.

Privacy. We store your email address, optional name and phone number, your bids, and ownership records. This information is used only to run the auctions and registry and is never sold or shared with third parties.
